Who are you?
This website is owned by De Inkt and Tonershop gcv, a Belgian company that specializes in ink and toner cartridges with 100% quality guarantee directly from the factory.
A 2-year warranty applies to all our cartridges. You will notice that there is no difference between an original print and a print with ink and / or toner product delivered by our products.
Each ink cartridge is tested before it comes onto the market.

How can I best reach you?

We answer every message within 24 hours by mail.


Do you prefer to have telephone contact?
Mention your telephone number and we will call you as soon as possible.

Do I have to create an account?
Yes. If you fill in an account at the end free of charge, your data will be stored and you will no longer have to fill in new orders unless the products are of course. You are eligible for extra discounts and you can quickly go next time. order again without having to enter all your contact details again.

Can I change my data?

Are the prices listed with or without VAT?
In the shop our prices are listed both exclusive and inclusive of VAT. At checkout and in the shopping cart it clearly states whether or not VAT is included.

How good is the quality of the ink cartridges?
We give 100% guarantee: no good = exchange without questions.

Will I lose the warranty on my devices if I use Smartdeal ink cartridges?
No, it is a stubborn myth that the guarantee would expire. Exceptionally, with a lease printer, the leasing company may not allow you to buy cheaper ink cartridges elsewhere when the usage in the service contract has been processed. If something goes wrong, our special insurance covers any damage.

Do you test the toners first?
Yes, we always test our Smartdeal toners first.

How do I know that I order the right ink cartridge?
The type of printer is usually listed for each type of ink cartridge. Check both codes.

What do I do if I can not find my type?
In the search box, try to find the cartridge type without dashes, enter more or less text, or try searching by printer type.

Are the items in stock?
Almost everything is in stock. If your order can not be fully prepared in exceptional cases, we will send the remaining pieces free of charge and soon after with a 2nd shipment.

How do I know the difference between original and Smartdeal ink cartridges?
This is clearly stated in the description.

Is there a paper catalog?
No, all our products are in the webshop.

How do I place an order?
Navigate to your brand or type. Everything goes as in every other webshop.

How can I benefit from discounts?
The prices are very low anyway. We ship for free from a certain amount. For other discounts you need a promo code.

I have done my order in 2 times, do I pay 2 times delivery costs?
Try to avoid this. Our webshop automatically calculates this twice.
Let us know this in time and you will be reimbursed that cost, at least if we can send your products in 1 shipment if the first shipment has not yet been delivered.

I am a company from the Netherlands, do I pay VAT?
No. We check whether the VAT number is correct, valid and yours.

Delivery
Which countries do you send to?
Belgium and the Netherlands.

How long does it take before I receive my ink cartridges?
Orders placed before 5 pm are shipped the same day, in 90% of cases. A day may take longer per exception and to the Netherlands.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
You will receive a notification that the postman has visited and can pick up the package at your post office.

Can I pick up my order?
No, you must order online. We deliver everything very quickly.

Can I specify a different delivery address and invoicing address?
Yes, this is very easy on the checkout pages of the webshop.

Payment
Do I have to pay directly?
You pay the first order immediately. After that we can consider transferring invoices to companies that periodically purchase a lot.

How can I pay?
Via bank transfer, Bancontact / Mister Cash, Maestro, SofortBanking, iDeal, PayPal and credit card.

Is online payment safe?
Yes, we have an SSL payment system through our partner Mollie or PayPal. That is just as safe as your own online banking.

Returns, exchanges, satisfied or refunded
What do I do in the event of a defect?
Our quality is sublime. We test every toner in advance. However, it is always possible that an abnormality arises in an exceptional case. Send us an e-mail and we will help you further.

Can I send open ink cartridges?
If they do not work, you can return them undamaged. When you have used them and they seem to work, you can not have them replaced. Unopened you can always return them within 14 working days (see our general terms and conditions).

Can I get my money back if I am not satisfied?
Yes, return the package within 14 days. We want to do everything we can to satisfy our customers and deliver the best quality, contact us if something goes wrong and we do everything we can to satisfy you.

How long does it take for a solution to arrive?
We never put a rare problem on the long run. A solution always comes quickly so that we can keep you as a satisfied customer.
